Need Help With My Glacier ;)

Hey guys I have not been on i while cause my internet shut down anyways Every time i encode a video or Even a sample video from this site My glacier Echoes the sound?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!? any ways its really annoying to e watching south park and hearing stan say something twice i dunno if its the video coding or what but But i need help before i go on a long trip . plzzzzz help me
I downloaded a Amv from this site i think it was avril lavighns Girlfriend any ways that one had echos too they only seem to happend when some one talks Like maybe beyond a certain pitch? any ways please help. ops:

Hi yeah its only for Videos .... and im going on a trip Saturdays and id love to at least have videos to watch while my parents are in a seminar...... please help

mark04912 , there are 2 possibilities for the problem:
1. Wrong audio setting for video
2. Hardware problem for the video decoder

This is the first time i've seen this problem. i'll suggest that you try re-encoding the videos to a lower fps rate.

How do i go about Lowering the fps
im not a complete noob *just* in mp4 player lol

mark04912 , when in the conversion tool, go to Settings.
There you'll find a Frames Per Second option, try encoding at Medium and also Low. See if this solves the problem.

Yup, also you can try and download the latest mp3 player utils (4.15). They'll generate the amv's at 10 fps.

You can edit AmvTransform.ini and change the fps as you want:

VIDEOSIZE=96X64(0;16;0),128X96(0;16;0),128X128(0;1 6;0),160X120(0;16;0),176X128(0;16;0),176X144(0;12; 0),192X160(0;12;0),208X120(0;12;0),208X160(0;10;0) ,208X176(0;10;0)

In my case i modified 208X176 to make the amv's at 12 fps. So the middle value (0;12;0) - in this case 12, specifies the fps.
