About the audio (mp2) - the higher bitrate, the longer audio delay from the video. So, tell me what settings to enter, so that to get nice video quality and audio higher than 96kbps (because if it is higher, the delay is terrible)???

Greetings.
Please check if video/audio delay is noticeable when you play the converted video in any media player from your computer. If there is NO delay that means your MP4 player is CCC(Cheap Chinese Crap) class...in which case you can only budget for a new (and better)player...
I use ViDrop on a daily base to convert MPEG1/MPEG2/AVI to XviD .avi and I never had any a/v desync.

Best regards.
