AMV Convert Tool; Sketchy Audio in AMV's

Well, I tried putting video files on a Centon moV·ox. And as should be expected it didn't work because it only accepts AMV files. So they didn't even show up in the "Movies" folder. So, I used the AMV Convert Tool which came in a mini CD with the moV·ox. It was version 4.05.

The first time I tried converting them into the moV·ox, the video was zoomed in and had part of the near-bottom skip a few pixels. So after experimenting with resolution, I ended up choosing the lowest resolution which worked.

Then I noticed that the audio was really sketchy. So that was bad definitely. And even selecting "synchronise audio" didn't help.

Is there a way to fix that? Thanks in advanced ^_^

legend789 , does the AMV video play properly using the AMV player on your computer?

Also, what screen size is your player?

legend789,

Also, can you upload the original video you tried to convert? We can then try to convert it with your settings and send it back to you. If it also plays with the sketchy audio, then there's probably a problem with video, codec or the AMV Tool. However, if it plays fine on your player, then most likely it's a missing audio codec on your computer.

Upload it to an upload site, send us the link and I/others can all take a look at it for you.

Thanks for replying lattesurf = ] Well, when I ran the videoes on my computer itself, it ran using the AMV Player that comes with AMV Convert Tool. I guess I don't have any other programmes that could open AMV's.

But it ran smoothly and seemlessly.

The player's screen is about 1 inch base by 1.5 inch height. The resolution that worst best on it is 160x120 px˛ which is the lowest resolution.

Thanks for replying admin = ] It's really any video that I put into the MP3 player, originally I had 3, and I added 3 more today. And neither of the 6 runs smoothly.

I'll be sure to try to upload them in a while when I'm back. Thanks for helping guys ^_^
