It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

razvan252 , you'll need to check your player's screen size first. An easy way would be measure (in inches) the diagonal (top left to bottom right) length of the display screen.

If it is 1.5", use MP3 Utilities v3.68 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/amv-conve...-mb-df327.html

If it is 1.8", use MP3 Utilities v3.57 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/amv-conve...63-mb-df1.html
or v4.0 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/amv-conve...-mb-df118.html

If it is 2.0" and above, use MP3 Utilities v4.05 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/amv-conve...-mb-df348.html

razvan252 , Xilisoft Video Converter 3 does not support .AMV format.

The only reliable software to convert video files to .AMV format is using MP3 Utilities.

What is your screen size?

razvan252 , your player would be a 1.5" screen.

Uninstall the current MP3 Utilities from your computer, and then install MP3 Utilities v3.68 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/amv-conve...-mb-df327.html

You'll just need to convert your original video files into .AMV format using MP3 Utilities v3.68, the conversion guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-co...-368-vt32.html

yeah i thought that was it and installed and did everything it says there. so i got a "happy tree friends" episode(.avi) and tried to convert it following the exact instructions in that guide. Conversion was successfull but when i tried to run it using amv player on my pc i got the same thing. plays 3-4-5 seconds then starts over again in a loop...

edit: odd... i downloaded an amv file from someone and when i tried to run it same thing. i guess if i fix the thing on the pc it will work on the mp4 player too

edit edit: heres an idea. could the antivirus program control be interfering? i have a good antivirus that blocks unwanted stuff(zone alarm. good but kinda paranoid if you ask me)

edit edit edit???
ok i shut down za and tried. same thing... damn this is frustrating

fix'd.
Note: Always install the software your mpx came with not other. dunno why it didnt work before though :\

ok i think i got it now. Still does that sometimes. Either:
1. You have to prey to god to work.
2. Not all movies work.
