Default What's the best .mtv converter?

I'm searching for the .mtv converter that can convert in the highest quality. Right now I use video convert and that only supports 'good' quality not 'full' or 'best.' I'd appreciate any help thanks

For that matter after looking for several hours I've found a total of two .mtv converters. Are there more than that?

adventureluck,

No, unfortunately not. The .MTV format is an older video format - replaced by .AMV essentially. It is very hard to find a player that plays .MTV now a days. But then again, you wouldn't want to because it doesn't do video compression, so the video file is large in size. You are best to get the new players that play the compressed .AMV video format, or for even better video quality, get a Rockchip player.

The .MTV is specific to the chipset manufacturer, who hasnt' released any source code to their program so you are really stuck with the MTV Convert Tool available in the older versions of the MP3 Player Utilities. You are best to use version 3.57 for that.

Hope that helps.
