Default Horrible sound quality - out of sync/ jumping

Hey, I've just got a 1.8" player and when I convert videos I get really bad sound quality when enabled "sync audio". It constantly jumps, but if I don't sync the audio it gets anywhere from 2-5 seconds out of sync.

Any fix for this?

Where are located the videos...
do your player have a SD card?
