Check out the downloads section. 4.0.9 will give you that size option. :)

I need this size too. it's it is NOT on the default list in 4.09 or any other version i can find. I've seen some people talk about how to edit the AMVTransform file but i can't get it to come up!

how can i convert to 220x176?!
