Convert MP4 to AMV

I need a software wich can convert MP4 to AMV, but only one software, not 2 Softwares to convert MP4 to AVI and AVI to AMV..

coolsascha , unfortunately there is no such software available at the moment yet.

That sucks.. Deeply..
Ok is it possible to get the codec file of AMV/MP4 and then get some SPECIAL converter wich can do so??

And isit possible to control the AMV controller by command?? like RUN: ".../amvplayer.exe" file=asdas.de convertto /sds.amv

coolsascha , seems that besides the MP3 Utilities AMV convert tool, there are no tools for converting. The only other tool i can think of is AMV Studio, but it seems to be very buggy and does not work for me.

For the command line, i don't think it is possible, at least none that i know of.

NONO not a special converter, a multi converter wich can import ANY codec file and so make everything convert! U understand??? I search for sumthing where i can import (EXAMPLE!!!) AMV.dll/MP4.dll and then I can convert...

Why??? That is so god damn sucky.. Now im searching and trying for over an houre NOTHING!!!
PLS someone make a MP4 to MTV oder AMV!!!

Are there any .amv tools that can handle .flv (YouTube) files? Or alternately, a program that can download and convert to an amv converter-friendly file(like mpg/avi/wmv) in one step?

If there is no MP4 Converter in one step there is SHURE no FLV converter!
And thats stupid.. Pls someone help me and everyone else by inventing that..
