AMV Converter

Is there an AMV Converter that keeps it a small size? I converted my 30 minute episode that was 35MB because I downloaded it small.. It ended up the same size.

I used media-convert.com

I'm looking for an AMV conversion program that's similar because i don't want to depend on a website. The site even made the screen small, which i didn't like much.
