Problem trying to convert DVD to AMV

hi all first of all

this is the first time writing on this forum i have a problem im trying to convert dvd to amv i tried it with the amv converter version 4.00 the picture is ok but sometimes the sound and the words dont go along with the picture i hope i explained properly
