Is there any software to convert AMV files to MP4 or 3GP ??
i've googled a lot and could find only MP4 to AMV converters.

i got it.

WinAVI Video Converter converts from any format to AVI
Converted AMV to AVI using WinAVI and then used the MP4Tool to convert AVI to XVid AVI
Works fine
