AMV Video with Sound Issues Need solutions
I recently purchased mp3/4 media player (ITVP-333 Innovative technology) that only plays AMV type video that needs converting.
I have been using the AMV Convert Tool V4.15. Conversion has been acceptable except the Audio has run into problems. The instruction manual says to use 160*120, however the audio is very "echoy". When I convert to 128*96, everything appears ok, but with smaller video. Is there any way that I can keep the 160*120 and obtain better sound in this mode? |
Excelsior,
Try converting the video to 160*120 using Virtual Dub as a .avi file, then use the MP3 Player Utilities to convert it to .AMV to see if that helps. I wonder if the MP3 Player Utilities just has problems converting the video the correct as well as the audio conversion. However, if the video is already 160*120, it might help. You can also get Virtual Dub from the [downloads] section from this site as well. Try that and let me know of the result. |
Please try the techniques described in the thread "AMV CONVERSION GUIDE 1: MAKING BETTER AMV'S".
I would like to know if they work for other people as well as they work for me. |
