SMV format is killing me

I have looked all over the web for help with the mp3 player I got and I tried there tech support and they told me to call back so I called back and they said the same bs call back tommorrow (I HATe CURTIS)!!!!

Anyway ever damn video to smv converter I try just gives me an error and I would at least like to try the video feature once. I have found no help any where on the net.

Please for the love of F***ing god (if there is one) anyhelp.

Sorry to hear your troubles. We'll try to help as much as possible.

When you say "gives me an error", do you mean an error during installation of the software, opening the software, during conversion using the software or error when you try to play the converted video on your player?

There lots of things to try, but it depends where the error lies.
