Screen with some green pixels

I've just bought a MP4/3 player and no problem with the MP3, can play without any error only for the video I can play but the screen was crash with some green pixels and same goes to picture viewer. I just can hear the sound. Its look like a Display problem. If this thing happen to PC I know this is a Video Card problem but for MP player I'm not so sure

Please someone guide me and sorry for my English, I hope you understand the problem.

Hi oren,

Does this happen with ALL videos or only some? Did you have a sample video on your player? If so, does that play ok? Usually all sample videos on players should be fine.

Sometimes problems with video playback is due to incorrect screen size or quality that causes this.

Re: Screen with some green pixels

Without seeing exactly what you see on your screen, at a guess, I would say it's an actual problem with the screen itself.

Has this problem always happened or just recently?

Is the player still under? Can you get it fixed/exchanged under warranty?

Lastly, can you take a photo of the problem and attach it to those message so we can see what it looks like?
