Problem with Anyka Player Video Conversion

so hello guys, another problem with my 1gb anyka player. im showing you guys pictures so it would be easy for you to understand.

well im trying to convert a video, and this is the video before it got converted:

its actually big in size. around 640x480

so the settings i will be using on the conversion will be the following:
Codec: H263
Resolution: CIF(352*288)
Framerate: 25
Bitrate: Common 400kb

the output is fine. except that it doesnt really fill up at all. but its fine because it just havent filled the screen for like 5%. (sorry i cant show images on it)

but then changing the conversion settings to the higher settings that follows:
Codec: XVID
Resolution: QVGA(320*240)
Framerate: 25
Bitrate: Common 400kb

it gives me this:

this output goes to some of my videos and im pissed. so, does anyone have a solve to this one?
