amv converter 160x128 needed

I am looking for a amv converter which can convert to a resolution of 160x128. In the download section is such a converter, Tool: AMV Screen Resize tool, but this is a demo and converts only 1 minute.

The last days i searched for such a converter, but i only found false converters or Trojaner and such things...
