Can't convert AVI video for MP4 2.8" Rockchip player

I'm sure that you're expirenced MP4 players' user. Could you help me with one problem ? :roll:

I've got MP4 2.8" Rockchip player on my birthday. But I can't convert AVI video with the same properties as demo.avi standart file. I've tried to convert 10-20 times with different convertors, but every time I copy video to the player and want to open it says : Warning! File format error! :cry: But demo.avi is working!
Please tell me how to convert video for this player correctly, what programms are you using for it. (View the attachment to know what "operation system" on my player).
The AVConverter doesn't working on my computer.

This advices and other information will be very useful for me.

Why don't you read other treads about rockchip players ? The answere to your question is posted many times here:

Use viDrop instead of AVConverter. If this don't work too, use BatMan or the original MEncoder - if MEncoder didn't run on your PC your' in real, real trouble: MEncoder ist the hidden engine behind AVConvert/AviConverter, viDrop and BatMan. Or give MediaCoder a try, but you have to know and set of ALL options, to get the video running on your rockchip.
