Player can't play video
 

I bought this nano look alike player. and it says mp3/mp4 . but it can't play mp4 format video. so i'm just wondering what video formats does it support and how do i find a good and free converter ? btw , the firmware version is 9.1.52. hope this helps . thanks

Hi. Welcome to the board. Your player is an Action Chipset player so that means it plays AMV format videos. Usually a converter comes with your player, but several can be found in our downloads section of this board.

Hi devilishaaa,

You will need the MP3 Player Utilities to convert your player to the .AMV video format so it plays on your player.

The version you need depends on the screen size of your player.

Did your player come with any SAMPLE VIDEOS with it? Generally it would. Check that and see what format that is in and that will help. Otherwise can you send us more information about your player?

no sucess yet for me i tried a lot, one of my customer manage to play video in his china mobile u90, i asked him to get the convertor along with the setting,as soon as i will get, i will upload it here in this thread,
