Hi, I am pretty sure your player plays AMV files. You can find a variety of converters in the Downloads section of this website. Most are titled MP4Utilities.

Re: My-Mp4player Problem with video files.

i have tried the .AMV files, but they don't work, lots of my friends have mp4 players and almost everyone runs amv files, but this dont.

according to the manual, it supposed to run AMV / MTV files, but i have put the 2 kind of files in the memory of the mp4 and they aren't even recognized by the mp4 player.

thanks for the reply, and i will try again the programs to see if a did something wrong.

try encoding with mp2 audio at 20fps, not mp3, if this is not an actions with amv files it must be rockchip

thanks for the reply i will try that, i just finished testing some programs, and the mp4 doesn't read .AMV files, they just are not shown on the screen to select them.

My best suggestion is to have a look at the SAMPLE video file that came with your player. Do you still have it? If you do, try uploading it to the site and we can take a look at it and let you know.

Re: My-Mp4player Problem with video files.

until now with all the programs i have tried "viDrop" is the only one in which the mp4 player seem to have a response, actually i cant see videos, but it plays something like a helicopter sound and stays freeze in a black window... if som1 knows anything else would be really helpful. Thx
