Default Previously Converted AMV files

Hello, this is my first posting and I would like to ask if it is possible to fix a problem involving a converted AMV file? The problem is that the screen is sideways and the bottom of the video is cut off; part of the video is scrunched up and distorted. I honestly prefer the video sideways, but is there a way to fix the "broken screen"?

My mp4 player is this one here, if that is any help. I put the link because I really don't know any other information about it.

I apologize if the question was already answered in a previous posting, but I did check first, though I really couldn't understand them... ops:

Thanks alot!

Hi and welcome to the board. I don't believe there is anyway to fix something that has already been converted. The only thing I can think of would be to download VirtualDub found here:Using Virtual Dub to improve you AMV conversions and you might be able to work on it a little bit, but I really don't think it can fix a converted video much. It is, however, an excellent program to improve video before conversion.
