Default file format when playing videos 2.8' lcd touch screen mp4


ok, so i got the mp3 files to work ok but now I only get file format error when I try and play videos.. it says in the manual that it supports avi,mpg,mpeg,rmvb,vmv and dat now the converter software it came with was in chinese (??????? stuff) so I dled the program in english on this site (you guys are awesome) but it still comes up as file format error.. one probelm i see is this is a 2.8' screen and the larges it converts to in the software is 2.4'

so what do I do?

320x240 resolution, mp2 audio.

Try Avi converter 1 or 4 downloadable on this site.

You can also try the "viDrop Converter" which has worked well for some members as well in converting videos. This is also available for download in the "Downloads" section on the left hand side menu bar as well.

viDrop Converter is the most correct option for you, i recommend...

Default AVI Convert 3.0

Try the newest AVI Converter 3.0. I was successful in converting AVI's to AVI's in 2.8 with this converter. It an ONDA 858 type player 2.8" touch screen. There's two version 20 fps and 22 fps. I'll try to ul the 20 fps version later.

The 22fps version is here : AVIConverter 3.0 - 320X240 - 22FPS.

Default my mp4 stopped working

my cheap 2.8" lcd touch screen mp4 is dead. At first I thought the battery ran out. so I tried charging it, but it wouldnt turn on like it should. Does anyone know what i can do with this thing? i was in love with it. :roll:

Have you tried pressing something in the reset hole in the bottom left hand corner of the player?
