Picture rolls from bottom to top at very slow rate

I am a new member,
I have a Zling niki 2 G MP4 player.
I am using AMV converter for the conversion. While playing the
Picture rolls from bottom to top at very slow rate-this could be the refresh rate problem. Please help me
