video and audio properties

hey guys out there,
i have a little problem.

i want to convert an .mp4 video to .avi, so i can convert this .avi to .amv

Now, my problem is that i do not know the right properties for this .amv

i convert with the program "SUPER" and this program asks me about "video scale size", "aspect", "frame/sec", "bitrate kbps" for the video properties and "sampling freq", "bitrate kbps" for audio.

so now is my question: what do i have to choose there so i get a fullscreenvideo on my mp3/4 player?

Same problem as above. Tried all settings, video still too small...
