please tell me how to firmware upgrade it to watch videos.
how can i get softwares and how do they install to my player?
help me please.

Hi sanjumadil,

So you mean your player can't player videos at the moment? Does it come with any sample videos? What screen size does it have?

Upgrading the firmware on your player won't give you any extra features. You risk a higher chance of having a dead player if you use an incompatible firmware.

There should have been a disc that came with it containing an AMV converter. If not you can find a variety of converters for AMV files in the downloads section of this board.
