Most AVConverter/AVIConverter are having a little bug: they're saving the last used drive and path in theire Converter.ini:

SounceFile=Q:\mydata\Myself Videos

Will this drive Q: be removed at the next start of AVConverter/AVIConverter - he didn't find this drive\path and give up with a message displayed like yours.

Edit the Converter.ini, delete everything behind

SounceFile=

and save it. The next start should be running into normality...
