Default [solved] Help converting videos for MP4 with rockchip

well, first of all sorry for the bad english, but this is the only forum i found where they know abaout the " file format error".
I bought an mp4 player in china with the rock chip.
The Mp4 came with an sample video but I ereased it becouse I saw it was an avi video and didn`t knew i had to convert the videos.
The sample video was from a war movie ( or something like that) and there were a few soldiers shooting to a building.

I dindt find the exact image of the mp4, but it is almos like this one:

Click the image to open in full size.

mine is a bit smaller and it has the words "Mp4 player" writen and not "yepo".

I`ve tried with lots of converters like avconverterv1.0, avconverter2.0 avconvertersmart, superavconverter ( the trial version). But i keep geting the "file format" error.
The Mp4 came with the aviconverter2.0beta but when i tried opening the installer i get an" error launching instaler" error.

I dont know what else to do, I have converter like 200 videos with 200 diferent converters and nothing works. I also revised the "sample video download " seccion in this site, but i cant find the same video.

I hope somone can help me.
thx and sorry again for the bad english but this forum is my last hope xD.

use this program

http://www.mympxplayer.org/tool-vidr...ter-df821.html

its called vidrop

you need to select a preset that is 320x240

there are presets for rockchip players, choose the right one for you

these players have to have the video in exact right format

so for you it will be

320x240
300-500kbps video rate
MP2 for audio not mp3!!!

download the program and try it, it will work
