Downloaded the frog - started up in Windows Media Player. Then used WMP to synch to player - still same prob....screen text flipped backwards and siad file format error. should I be using vidrop on it? And if so, how do I stop it from going into WMP?

dont use media player to sync at all

use file explorer and just drag and drop files over to the player, the player qill have its own drive letter, locate the file you downloaded and drag and drop it in the players drive

no syncing needed
