MP4 cant play video
 

Hii.. i'm new to this forum..
I recieved my 8GB 2.8" LCD Touch Screen MP3/MP4 FM Video Player today.. and I tried to play videos on it but it doesnt work. Ive tried converting from AVI to MP4..but that doesn't work and the cd that came with it doesn't work either! i'm so frustrated now..
Which program should I use?

does not player mp4 files

only plays AVI (xvid) format
320x240 exact
MP2 for audio IMPORTANT
22-25 fps (start low first)

these players are very strict about video sizes, newer players can play many more formats

but here is a program to help, and has presets for your player type (vx858 clone)
