What kind of videos are you trying to download? Movies, YouTube, etc. By the way, your player looks exactly like the Temptation Player from UXCell which I have. It is a Rockchip player so you are correct in that it plays AVI files.

Personally, when I download movies, I use CloneDVD Mobile, which does cost money but has plenty of options and gets the job done. (There is a 21 day trial version available to see if you like it). It downloads the movies to my computer. Then I run it through the AVI Converter to get the size and FPS right. A littel time consuming but it works great and the video quality is impressive.

I know that some of the members here use ViDrop which is a free converter. They seem to like it a lot. Don't know if it rips the movie to the computer though.

Hi, I downloaded Vidrop to try it. It can be found in the Downloads section for free. It converts FLV files to AVI. Not sure if it needs to be ran through the AVI converter or not. I don't have my player with me to test it out.

Hope this helps.

Sorry, I have no idea. I did have trouble in the Downloads with the one that said "download this one first". Couldn't seem to get it to install so I went back and tried the other link and it works fine. Maybe that is the problem?

Hi finalfansty1x,

Where is the URL of the file you are trying to download?

Try extracting it all to one folder if it's in a zip file then run the install from the FOLDER instead.
