Which format videos work on mp4??????

i got aftron mp4 player AFMP4Y28GO4 of size 4gb.the audio n pics work fine but wen i transfer movies into video folder it takes space in da memory but does not appear in my mp4 player.i tried with amv format but no success.dere's a sample video in it of .mp4 format i tried converting movies into .mp4 format n wen i transferred it , just the icon appeared n den wen i opened it it says unspecified file format.please help me on which format the movies shud be converted!!!! :roll:

Can you send us more details about your player? Where did you buy it from and is there a URL for us to check out?

Within your player's menu, see if you can get into "Setup" and find the "Firmware Version". Just want to see what chipset your player has.

Also, have you checked for any software on the CD supplied with your player? Is there anything on there that can do the conversion for you?
