MEncoder frontend for Rock Chip Avi conversion

Hi friends, I was bored by AviConverter video "stretching" and lacking of some more flexibility, so I made this little frontend for MEncoder to meet my needs.
It is OK for my player but should be ok for every 320x240 Rock chip based player, so if you want to try it you can find it at:

It is only a little executable.

you need a win32 binary dist of mencoder to make the job, for example:

NB: the program is "as is" since it was built for my personal use.

forget about AVConverter 1.0 - its a buggy piece of software. Go to the Tools-Section in Downloads and load viDrop on your pc. One of his presets should match with your magnex-mp4.

I did it yesterday...viDrop the best...
In the standard list of devices I don't find Magenx...but I use PAl rockchip 320x240..
But Someone know what rockchip is in my player or I have to donwload a video file linked me by another user?RK2608?

Dear mcgyver83,

320x240 could be the RK2608A-Chip or one of the RK27xx-Series: all of them could play xvid-coded Avi's untill 800x480 pixel.

I try to play a set of video file linked me by another user and I only see file with resolution 320x240 and 20,22,25fps.
My player is magnex dts 2660 so I think RK2608A-Chip.

yes i think it's better to use viDrop too.
I did my little frontend since i didn't know about it at the time.
I improved my program a little since 1st version but nothing comparing to viDrop, so perhaps it's pretty unuseful to post it here.
Let's use viDropp, great piece of software :wink:
