Do you see an icon called "viDrop" on your desktop?

Where do you see the file "mplayer"?
It's strange because when I install viDrop on my computer, I don't see a "mplayer" file, I just double click on the viDrop icon on the desktop and it opens up the program.

You did download viDrop from here: viDrop 0.57 AVI XVid Converter?

That's very strange.
I checked on my computer and I don't have a "mplayer" folder in my C:\drive at all. I don't have a "mplayer" folder in C:\Program Files\viDrop though. Is that what you're talking about?

What if you open up this here on your computer: C:\Program Files\viDrop\viDrop.exe - does that do anything?

Also, what Operating System are you using? Is it Vista by any chance? If it is, try right mouse clicking on viDrop.exe and choose "Run as Administrator" and see if that runs....

Let me know.
