Default my mp4 rockchip player says error file format


i recently bought a mp4 16gb player but i cant seem to be able to put any videos on it.what should i do the screen is2.8

if it is like this

then your player needs SPECIFIC setting for video to work

320x240
avi using xvid
mp2 for audio
20fps

download vidrop converter from this site and in the presets look for onda vx858 settings as you pplayer is like that

THANKS FOR THE TIP I WILL TRY IT SINCE I HAVE TRIED A LOT OF OTHER CONVERTERS AND NONE HAVE WORKED.

returning it is up to you, it will play vids just not as flexible as the newer better rockchip players

they are not the best players im afraid and i would certainly not recommend them but many like them and do enough for them, but be careful and never try to update it

OK SO WHERE DO I GET VIDROP CONVERTER?IS IT FREE OR HAS A FREE VERSION?WHAT IS 20 FPS?

I HAVE NEVER USED OR HAD A MP3 OR ANYTHING LIKE IT SO I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT.PLEASE SPECIFY WHAT TO DO.THANKS

viDrop is free here:-

Just convert your videos though it using the "Generic Rockchip 320x240" preset setting.
