file format error again !

It has 2.2 inch LCD. I can't play avi files
Can you help me ? thanks

Do your player come with a sample video file? If you do, check the properties of this video and see what resolution it is in. If your player plays the .AVI video format, it needs to be in this exact screen size resolution.

If you don't have a sample file, try downloading some SAMPLES from our website here: Sample Videos -> Large - see if any of those work on your player.
