cannot convert *.wmv and *.mov ......

hello guys

I wanna ask something about AMV Converter 4.15

it cannot playback *.wmv files perfectly since I had error pop-up which is mentioned something about Runtime Library

and now, it cannot play neither convert *.mov file since when I was converting *.mov to *.amv my PC is suddenly restarted

is there anyone who could help me??

Try downloading and installing K-Lite Mega Codec Pack and see if that helps solve your problem.

try converting it first to mpg then to amv.. it always works for me..
