If your player is Rockchip, then you should install the viDrop v0.57.
Go to the "Downloads" section.

Hi yeshua,

When you say "Grundig MPixx 4400" it doesn't mean much about the chipset your player uses because lot of them are just own branded players but their chipset is more important. So when WIZARD says if it's a Rockchip chipset player then you can use viDrop for it.

You'll have to tell us more about your player. Where did you buy it from? Did your player come with a SAMPLE video as well? That would help. Finally, go into your player's main menu, choose "setup" then "firmware version" and post that information here. That will help us find out what chipset your player uses then we can make some suggestions about the video. By saying you have a "Grundig MPixx 4400" player, it doesn't tell us much about what chipset it uses.

There was no video on it when i buy it...I did convert the videos with his softvare...but strange things happening. It should "see" vob videos and convert it but it does not do it. just staying and doing nothing... I need to convert mov to avi so that i can look it on that stupid player but noooo...
Grundig? Never again!!! Is there any other way to find out the chipset ???

Yes, it is Rockchip. I have found it on properties.
RockChip USB MP3 USB Device and that is all it says about it...
Driver Date 1.7.2001
Driver Version: 5.1.2535.0

Does this help at all?

Yes it does, use viDrop from the download and set the preset to "Generic Rockchip 320x240 high.ini"
