Can't hear sound on MTV videos

I got Delta MP4 player MD386 which supports only mtv format videos.

When I convert some video to mtv format and put it on MP4, picture looks okay, i can hear sound, but there is some noise that's even louder than sound of video so i can't hear sound of video very good. I tried one converter from your site and converter I got with MP4, same situation everywhere. Help?

Can I put some software to player so I'll be able to view other video formats?
