AMV video problem: sound fine, picture distorted

hello,
my mp4 device is a china 1GB flash disk drive from 2006 with radio, mp3,wav player ,photo and text reader, I can do anything well with my device except " playing amv video file":
the sound work fine but the picture is disturbed so I cant see the video :cry:
I will show you the device when I play a video:


I tryed many AMV converter sotwares and files but nothing works :roll:
all good,medium,low quality AMV video files dont works

The frimeware work fine version: 9.0.48

What conversion software did you use to convert your AMV files?

Did you try AMV Converter from MP3 Player Utiliites or Byesstence MPX Converter?

Also, do you have a SAMPLE .AMV file that works on your player fine? That way, we have something to compare against.
