The best settings for video conversion RK2706, 480x272?

Hello!
I've got Hacha PC90. It is a Rockchip 2706 player with the resolution 480x272 and 4" screen. I've converted a number of videos using viDrop. Unfortunately, the playback is not smooth. From time to time the picture lags behind the sound or the opposite. Then it returns to be fine, etc.

I've tried the following settings (aslways 480x272):

800 kbps, 24 fps, MP2 128;
600 kbps, 23 fps, MP3 128.

What experience do you have? What are the best settings?
I am afraid that with 500kbps the picture will be bad.
I will very much appreciate any advice.

I've seen this values inside of "My Video Converter 1.0" from TechniSat's TechniMax-Player:

Pixel: 480x272
Videobitrate: 1000 or 1500
Audiobitrate: 128 kbps (sound in mp3)
Frames: 25

You may try following videobitrates too: 640, 768, 896

Thanks guys!
I would say that settings by lca77 look rather difficult for the player, especially compared with the settings by makd511. The bitrate is very high. I've downloaded the settings for viDrop by makd511. Thanks a lot.
A question to makd511: I have a strange issue with viDrop, when I use the resolution 480x272: it does not accept the mode "Add borders". Have you seen the same problem? It just starts to convert and immediately closes the MsDOS window without doing anything. Other modes perform well, and even the "Add borders" mode didn't work, then for some reason worked for a few days, and then ceased to work at all.
