Video Problem

I bought a 2.8 LCD Touch Screen MP4/3 Player
The Problem is that i have MP4 Videos and i want to convert it to AVI
But i used alot alot of MP4 to AVI Converters and non of them work is there a problem with my MP4
Cause Like for example i converted a MP4 To a AVI File and then i put the AVI File in my MP4 Player and then i played the video and it said
"Error" " Video Codec not supported"
So please help
this MP4 Player

Try downloading viDrop and it should convert your videos fine. The thing with Rockchip based players is that you need to have the videos at a certain width x height resolution so it players, otherwise you will get "Format Error" messages.
