[solved] Mp4 Video Playing Problem!...

Hi!...

I have a problem with my Mp4. I can`t play movies on it anymore...:( I used PocketDivXEncoder to make videos for it with subtitle, i was gone for 2 weeks(no one touched it), and now when I try to play any movie, made with any program it says "File format Error"... Tell me a good program to convert files for it!... Please! It`s a RoockChip RK2608A!.. Should I upgrade the firmware?... If Yes, where i can find the firmware?...

This is the Mp4:

Fix:
I dont think the file format is bad.
I think more likely you have a hacked player that shows up as higher capacity that in really is and the video is in the non-existent part of storage.
Download the AMV movie converter or MP3 player utilities from the downloads section, install it, use the format tool and select low format (there will be low or high options) on the drive. Then copy your files to it again.
The mp4 player will now show up at the right capacity.
