Default problem solved

Problem solved!

I used the file conversion tool from the cd and now the videos work perfectly
thanks anyway for everyone for helping me!!!!

The tool can be downloaded from here: AVIConverter 5.1.6 - For players that play xviD encoded videos

Or from MyMPxDownloads.com here: Rockchip Tool: AVIConverter 5.1.6.

hi, i've read this conversation between unicum95 and the others and i was hoping if you guys can help me.
i have a ipod like mp4 player but its not an ipod. it can out from china and i really want to put videos on the mp4 player.
i've tried everything but nothing worked. the mp4 player says it only plays amv. files but nothing shows up in the mp4 player when i play it. they have a sample video that is under avi, format but when i put in a avi. format video a screen popped up and say 'error'. can someone help me. i am all out of ideas and i really want to watch videos on my mp4 player. thank you!!!

if the mp4 came with a little cd, then the file conversion tool is in that one.
good luck

I think maybe the best thing to do is go here and download some sample videos: Download Sample Videos from MyMPxPlayer.org

Download the sample videos, put them onto your player and see which ones play on your player. Hopefully one of the sample videos there will play on your player. Then we can work back from there...........

Actually fact, it would be better if you create a NEW POST for your problem as it seems your player is different from the one mentioned in this post and I don't want people getting confused as this has been [resolved].
