[solved] Video --) file format error
i have a serioux s51 mp4 player 2gb with firmware 01.03.2003
on several sites it says that it plays .avi files but i receive a file format error message when i try to play one in one or two sites it says that it plays .mtv files but i tried them and they don't show up in the player it only shows the .avi files but it won't play them please help me i really want to watch videos too thank you! |
You have a Rockchip player.
Try these video samples:- Download the one that works will tell you the correct setting to use in viDrop to convert your videos to play on YOUR player:- |
:(
the one with the size 128x128 (18fps) works, i tried to covert it that way on viDrop but it won't work
i mean it apears a picture i press pauuse and if i don't it goes back to browsing folders. and i tried another one and if i press play it goes back again but if it's in the pause and i rewind iti see pictures but no sound. the if i press play it goes back again i don't know what do anymore please help me! thank you |
Just had a look at a photo from a website in Romania.
It's not a Rockchip player after all, I think it should play .mtv files not .avi. There should be a .mtv converter in download tools section. http://mympxplayer.org/mtv-conversio...300-df275.html http://mympxplayer.org/mtv-convert-t...22-mb-df7.html http://mympxplayer.org/mtv-convert-t...313-df271.html ftp://ftp.onda.cn/download/driver/oa..._TOOL_3.13.rar |
still nothing
i tried, but it won;t appear
the mp4 didn't had a sample file but one of those sample files that i downloaded form this site worked (the one with 128x128 18 fps) in the manual says that the video format is AVI(XviD) i tried in viDrop to make it XviD codec, but still nothing i keep thinking that it needs some complicated setup and i can't figure out why maybe you can help me :( |
Maybe you are missing some codecs on your computer? Try a few different video files types to convert from and see if that works or not.
|
i tried to put .wmv, .amv and mpg files but only .avi appears
and yes i have all the codecs on the computer but it's not the computer the mp4 needs sofisticated settings to play .avi with xviD codec i can't figure it out |
Sir what kind of mp4 y0u are using? What it chipset? If ATJ, it will play avi, if Sunplus it will play mp4 and 3gp.
