Confused about converting.
 

I purchased this player from ebay under the impression it played .avi files only to find out different(amv format). After much anguish I managed to convert one .avi and got it to play. 15 more attempts with no success. I hope the pics make it clear about what player it is.MP4 Player.JPG
Did a GSpot one the successful conversionGSpot1.jpg
Did a GSpot on an unsuccessful oneGSpot2.jpg
Both look the same to me can anyone help or am I missing something simple?

Try using this software here: http://mympx.org/forum/video-related...p-players.html.

Use the 320x240 frame size setting and see if that converted video plays on your player.
