Videos on 1.8 Inch CSTN steel Buckle MP4 Watch show - "device not supported"
 

I have had this watch for 6 months now and finally got the conversion software to work,Then i downloaded to player.tried to play video clip and all I gtet is the message "device not supported".

Anyone that could shed some light on this player and what its problem is would be greatly appreciated!

"UPDATE!!!!!!URGENT"......after 6 months of frustration dealing with "load video failed","Unknown Format"and "Device not supported" SUCCESS.
After accidently starting MTV Video Converter supplied with device from disc and not from file....EUREAKA it works like a charm....

Looking at the various MP4 Watches available, it seems your player plays .MTV videos.

Hopefully that converter there will work for your player.
