Anyka PMP Video Format

I bought this Anyka 16gb MP4/PMP from my friend. I'm getting the music on fine, but when i try to put a video on, it says "File Not Existent" im guessing its jus a format problem but comverting it to mp4 still doesnt work. Someone help PLEASE!!!

Most MP4-Players won't play MP4-files. Try it again with xvid coded AVI-files like the converter viDrop encodes. Dou you know the Screenresolution of your Anyka ? Try some "Generic Rockchip xxx x yyy-Presets" of viDrop.

my player wouldn't play video either > I had to add a MUSIC and a MOVIE folder to the player first and put 160x120.amv videos into the MOVIE folder (MOVIE was on the players menu)
