Problem with K-SLIM LS

Hi.

I just bought this MP4: K-SLIM LS : Ultra slim & ultra simple MP4 player!

It's said in the user guide that a conversor software is included in the memory, but it isn't. However, I've downloaded from the product's web the software from convert video files to supported avi.

The program seems to work fine, and the file is recognized by the MP4 player, but when I play it, the audio begins and sounds ok, but the video goes very fast and only shows static images (like when you push "forward" in a dvd player to maximum speed), until the video finishes.

Results are the same by converting it with viDrop, with the exception that with some configurations, the player hangs with the screen in black and playing correctly the file's audio (but not begining from the begin).

I don't know if it's a software problem or a MP4 player problem. Anyone knows how can I play correctly videos in my player?
