The video on my MP4 player is not working! Help!
I've had this mp4 player for about a year and a half, so I can't contact the seller or view the ebay information.
The mp4 player came with a sample video, however I deleted it a year back. I figured out that the format is AVI after converting all types of MP4, AMC, etc.. for two hours. The AVI videos are listed, but it reads "format error." I formatted it and it turns out to be only 4gb. The MP4 player has a 1.5+ Inch screen, It looks like an ipod chromatic, The firmware reads: 20090206, V1.2.3A, DVTVB1, 20081212. It doesn't work with the MP3 disk tool, so I wonder what the chip is. I have been frustrated with this $20 piece of equipment for hours. Thank you! |
I tested all the videos from Download and none of them work, meaning it's not rock chip.

If MP3 Disk Tool doesn't work, then it's not a Actions chipset player (also the firmware version confirms this).
If one of the videos from the Rockchip sample works, then it's also not a Rockchip chipset player either. Let me do some looking around and see what I can come up with. In the meantime, check around the "Videos Related" section of this forum and see what other members are saying about their player and their solution. |
Any luck so far?
Thanks. |
