AVI yes but not AMV!!

this is my problem... I have this mp 4

. every thing is fine... however when i tried to play some video on it I found a strange problem.
I know that most of these small screen players use AMV format so I used my mp3 utility to convert some. the player DID NOT EVEN DETECT THEM... I have used like 3 different players the last two years and they all work on AMV... My Mp3 utility never let me down... but not this time
I went through the forum and I tried to find a solution but no use, then i found those rock...samoples. i saved them and the player detected them but told me ''unknown format''....
why can't my player detect AMV... it is chines... all chinese rely on amv.:confused:

and if it detect AVI, what can i do to make it work?
please I need your help

what kind of other format can i use?

Can you tell us the firmware version from your players's [Firmware Info] screen in the Setup menu?
That should give us a better indication as to what chipset your player has based on the firmware and it's version.
Then we should be able to tell what videos it can play.

Don't worry. AVI is better video format. It is far more efficient than AMV.

I tried, but non of these videos are played, i don'T have the sample video

So your problem is that you can not view video files on your MP4 player?
