HELP! File Format error on any Video formats and ViDrop can't help!!

I got a Simbio MP5-50i mp5 player, and i can't watch any video on this device, because i always get this error: File Format Error! i Tried ViDrop, Xilosoft video converter, and some other, whit no success!! :S PLZ help!!

Do you have a SAMPLE video that came with your player?

Try downloading the files from here: Sample Rockchip videos with different screen sizes - MyMPxPlayer.org
It has a number of different .avi files with different sizes. See which one plays on your player and it will give you a better idea as to what size you need your video to be in for it to play on your player.
